Leaf springs

Leaf springs are made from flat steel bars called feathers.

Spring leafs are made of spring steel.
The feathers are heat treated.
The feathers are tightened with a screw, called a hercbolt, and secured against sideways movement with steel bands.
Our company regenerates and strengthens used springs.
